Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Book Market Hub
website and all services provided by us, including ghostwriting, editing, book cover design,
formatting, proofreading, illustration, translation, audiobook production, KDP publishing, book
marketing, and self-publishing services.
By engaging our services, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these
Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
01.Our Services
We provide a comprehensive suite of publishing services, including but not limited to:
- Ghostwriting Fiction, Non-Fiction, Memoir, Biography, Autobiography
- Book Editing & Proofreading Services
- Book Cover Design & Formatting Services
- Book Illustration & Translation Services
- Audiobook Production Services
- KDP Publishing & Self-Publishing Services
- Book Marketing, Branding & Publicity Services
- Children's Book Publishing Services
- Web Design & SEO for Authors
- Video Book Trailer Production
All services are subject to a separate project agreement outlining specific deliverables and
timelines.
02.Project Process
Our standard workflow ensures quality at every stage:
- Initial Consultation: Discovery meeting to define project scope.
- Project Planning: Contract execution and timeline confirmation.
- Concept Development: Research, drafting, and concept creation.
- Content Creation: Writing, editing, or design production.
- Review & Revisions: Feedback rounds as per your proposal.
- Final Delivery: Completion and delivery in agreed formats.
03.Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Full Upfront Payment: Full payment is required upfront before any project
work commences. We do not offer installment or milestone-based payment schedules.
- Work Commencement: No work will begin until full payment has been received
and confirmed.
04.Refund & Cancellation Policy
We work diligently to resolve concerns, but if a cancellation is needed, the following applies:
- Before Work Commences: Full refund minus a 10% administrative processing
fee.
- Within 7 Days of Commencement: Partial refund up to 50% may be issued,
depending on work completed.
- After 7 Days: No refund will be issued for work already in progress.
- After Final Delivery: No refunds are issued after the final product is
approved.
- Dissatisfaction: Refunds are not issued for subjective creative preferences
if the brief was met.
05.Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all rights to the completed work (manuscript, design, etc.) are transferred to
you. We retain no ownership of your final published work.
- Ghostwritten content is delivered with full confidentiality.
- We reserve the right to list your book in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.
- Work-in-progress materials remain our property until final payment.
06.Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth project, clients agree to provide timely information, respond to feedback
requests, and not request content that is defamatory, plagiarized, or unlawful.
07.Revisions Policy
Revision rounds are determined by your selected package. Revisions are adjustments within the
original scope. Significant changes to direction may be treated as a new project.
08.Disclaimer & Liability
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee of specific commercial outcomes,
bestseller status, or sales results. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid
for the specific project.
